The house is on a small square and can be reached by public parking through a short staircase after about 30 meters. The house can also be reached by scooter or bicycle via the main road of the village, and a car can be carried close enough for loading and unloading.

The house consists on the ground floor of a large entrance hall, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while upstairs there is the spacious kitchen-living room and a large terrace facing south-west with a splendid view of the village, the nearby village of Villa Viani and the evergreen olive groves.
In the basement, reachable either via an internal staircase or through a separate entrance, there is a second bedroom, a utility room and a warehouse / laundry room.

Villa Guardia is a charming village just 2 km from the capital of Pontedassio. In Villa Guardia there is a bar and a small grocery store; a public bus connects Villa Guardia with Pontedassio and Imperia.
