Chiusanico – Rustic with terrace. The charming little rustic is located in the Castello district, in the historic center, and can be reached by public parking in one and a half minutes on foot through the gently climbing village road.

An external staircase leads to the first floor with the kitchen and the bathroom; on the second floor there is the living room with panoramic windows. From here, a staircase leads to the roof terrace with a splendid view of the village, the valley of the Maro and up to the western Alps.

A spiral staircase leads from the first floor on the ground floor with the bedroom, which also has a door directly on the village road.

The house is in good condition and has independent gas heating.
