The village house is located in the small hamlet of Roncagli, which belongs to the municipality of Diano San Pietro. Rongacli is picturesquely situated at the end of the valley. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity and nature with the possibility of hiking or cycling tours in the surrounding countryside and the small bathing lakes nearby invite you to cool off in summer.
The main town of Diano San Pietro is 4 km away, Diano Marina and the sea 7 km.

The house is detached on three sides and is located on the upper edge of the village, just a few steps away from a public car park.

You enter the house at street level, from the entrance hall a staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the open-plan kitchen, directly opposite is the music- or reading room and the dining room with fireplace. Behind the kitchen is a large living room with panoramic windows on three sides and a marvellous view over the valley to the sea.

An internal staircase leads to a gallery from which you can access the sunny terrace, where you can of course also enjoy spectacular views to the sea.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a further bathroom. Here too, all the windows offer open views across the valley to the sea.

In the basement there is a utility room and a spacious cellar, both with access to the garden.

The garden of approx. 200 square metres is spread over two levels in front of the house and can also be reached via a driveway at the side of the house. The upper garden level is terraced and invites you to eat and drink outdoors, or just to sunbathe and read.
On the lower level there are Mediterranean plants and a wonderful portico with a small whirlpool.

The house and plot have a sunny south-east exposure. The house has approx. 175 square metres and is in perfect condition. It is heated by a thermopellet system.
