Torria is a typical Ligurian village in the hinterland of Imperia with around 160 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Chiusanico, approximately 2 km away. The village itself offers a bar and a restaurant, and an agriturismo nearby provides a welcoming place to relax. In Chiusanico, there is also a small grocery shop. A public bus service connects Torria with Imperia, about 15 km away.

The house is located on the south-eastern edge of the village. It can be reached on foot through the picturesque village lanes in approximately 200 meters from a public parking area, or more conveniently via a small but well-maintained access road with direct entry to the garden and carport. The main entrance is located in the village alley, and of course there is also access via the garden at the lower ground level.

The property is arranged over several levels:
On the ground floor, there is an entrance area, a living and dining room with balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a study, and a second bathroom.
Above this is the attic floor, featuring a cozy sitting room (salottino) with access to a terrace of approximately 18 m², as well as an attic bedroom.

The lower ground floor is accessible via a spiral staircase from the kitchen. Here you will find an anteroom with access to the garden, a living/sleeping area with kitchenette, and a spacious cellar room. In addition, there is a former cistern in the basement, now used as an additional storage space.

The impressive Mediterranean garden of approximately 1000 m² offers generous areas with seating, a dining space, and sun loungers. It is partly arranged as terraced garden areas and partly as a classic Mediterranean garden, with a variety of plants, fruit trees, and around 30 olive trees.

From the balcony, the terrace, and almost all windows, you can enjoy wonderful views over the Impero Valley stretching to the sea.

The house has been fully renovated and is in excellent condition. Heating is provided by a gas central heating system and a pellet stove. The total living space, including cellar areas, is approximately 220 m².
